North Central Iowa | Those that want SCO. Supplemental Coverage Option on their crop insurance have to enroll in PLC. SCO has to be decided by March15th but PLC is decided at 2019 Farm Program sign up, June July?? FSA offices don't even have info yet on Program.
Maybe they thinking more areas may want SCO crop insurance??
Dont know much about that, never used it as an option
