NW Indiana | It seems the CBO was rather confident there would be a big switch to PLC. I guess I'm not so sure why it is such an obvious shift. With PLC we have one trigger mechanism, price. With ARC we have the same style trigger on price but also a possible trigger based on county yield. With PLC now an Olympic avg floating price won't the trigger price be about the same as ARC if yield is avg for the county? Disclosure: I haven't really looked into it much yet so maybe I have my facts confused. Maybe a bit of discussion by the board is warranted to help all of choose what is best. Anyone with some obvious thoughts I am missing?? | |
