I own a set of lefthand twist drill bits. These usually will remove standard [Right-handed] studs/bolts simply by drilling out the core. Exception will probably be exhaust manifold bolts/studs but haven't been there yet.
Mac Tool guy sold them to me. Worth every dollar.
