B: If so, is the die, inside the tool actually correct for a "semi-hollow rivet" or are they trying to half-azz use a typically available tool for old sickle sections (on old Hesston windrowers) that used SOLID rivets, and hope it works "good enough" to smash the hollow end of their rivet? I wonder if the improper internal die, is causing these issues, with poorly collapsed rivet end. Note: This is the main reason, I haven't purchased their long-life seed tube openers=rivet issues shown on Ag Talk=I don't need to learn any new cuss words. I'll add some pictures of hand punches and look at the ends, and you will see the differences in the "business end" of those tools:
