Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | What I've found from attending many service schools through the years is that there is a wide variation on how people in different areas go about doing what I think of as routine activities. I used to think that engineers didn't have a lot of field experience. In many cases, this is probably true but even if they do have experience, their thoughts about how something should be done might differ considerably from mine.
I think this is part of the reason I've have a poor opinion of the Trimble Application Products and a positive opinion of Ag Leader Application Products. The Ag Leader products are developed by engineers or software developers in Iowa who think about a situation much the same way I do. The Trimble products are sometimes developed in New Zealand or somewhere distant from me that has a different opinion or approach. |
