I completely understand your point as I don’t like mandates either. However... most oil companies wouldn’t blend ethanol if was free. They have an oligopoly. Also the tax payer has subsidized big oil for years via our military. I don’t know what the right answer is ..... just want everyone to be educated on the subject. Ethanol is just another tool in the tool box to be energy self sufficient plus cleaner air.
