Exactly. And Ernst and Grassley gloss over the whole thing.

We can argue IF the law is good and or just, but the RFS is the law of the land. These “hardship waivers” are undermining the blend rate. If they get their way and allow exports to “count” as well the ethanol industry will be in even bigger trouble. E15 is a joke, not going to move the needle. This administration is very oil friendly, they made the calculation that oil money was more valuable than farmer votes.

It is what it is.
