I pull by hand. Make sure to set the weeds on top of the bean plants or they will regrow. I carry a hoe mostly for endrows. 99% of the time the weeds that escaped cultivation are within 1" of a bean plant, and a hoe does more harm than good.

My preferred hoe has a 2"x6" head. It can do some precision work with the narrow edge. Here's where I bought it. https://roguehoe.com/product/575g/
