Southern Illinois | I donate as close to every 8 weeks as possible. My mother received a number of transfusions over the last 8 years of her life and I made a decision that I was going to give back more than she received. I did get tired of the Red Cross calling and told them if they didn’t stop calling, I would donate at the hospital or other drives and not theirs. That did the trick. | |
