I get what you're saying Jim, but not a lot of options and value in some animals that just get turned in to hamburger. We've put 2 into hamburger the last 2 years that would have been given away at the market and went the same route as I sent them - carcass was fine on both. Both times I expected no meat and a bill for disposal of the animal.
Can this cow go to the butcher?
