Had two claims on my combine this year. Yes betterment is a thing, you are replacing used parts with new so the insurance is bettering you. The one insurance agent compared my wrecked combine roof to tires saying that they are both wear items and explained it to me very poorly to say the least. I called the state insurance commission to get a better answer.
