SW North Dakota | I had claim on my tractor few years back when it came to settling up they tried that on me. We went round for while before they paid me everything. They couldn't show me anything I signed for a betterment clause. Told them they can't guarantee the parts they put on are any better than the ones that were on. If they wanted to wait 9000 hours to find out that's the only way to compare. They came to an understanding real quick after I explained that. | |
