Northern Illinois | where are you going to buy the chemicals from? I don't think a company is going to sell directly to you at enough of a discount (if at all). Would think that many companies have agreements in place with retailers that have something in them that prohibits things like you want to do unless you are big enough that the company would choose you over the current retailers. First thing to me would be to visit companies and see just what is available. | |
