Central il
Shooting in basement would depend on type of gun used. If your shooting a Daisy 499 no questions, shoot away with proper precautions.
Our club uses boxes made to regulation. 1X4 wood about 4' tall with panel board on the back, canvas hanging in the middle and heavy cardboard on the front. Several thousand shots each year on the boxes. All we have to do is replace cardboard a couple times a season. Yes, the bbs will bounce back as the cardboard wears. Safety glasses are a requirement for kids and strongly suggest any parents staying to wear them. Have never had an injury, and the kids learn and have fun all in one. Yes, we have a 4h spin shooting club. Email is good.
