NE Iowa | I put John Deere auto steer on my Allis 7060. I bought the ATU200 steering wheel kit used and one of the standard splined bushings fit correctly. The previous owner had it in a 8100 JD and also a 2588 IH combine. I was surprised it fit so easily, so I think the splined column shafts are pretty standard across manufacturers.
And a simple modificion to the anti-rotate bracket and I was in business. A muffler clamp around the column with a bolt welded to it, fits into a slotted hole, so I can still telescope the wheel.
Edit: I also keep some front end weights on and use the diff-lock while auto steering. It's been working great!
