n.c.iowa | Just did a pulled pork recipe tonight, it was a insta pot one. It was so-so, meat was tender enough, but the recipe called for chunks of onions, and I actually thought the onions tasted better than the meat.
Did pork loin last night, again it was okay, but overcooked, I think all of the pork recipes that we have done so far should have the cooking time reduced by 5-8%.
Meatloaf and potatoes cooked together was real good, roast beef with carrots and onions was real good, and the wife made chicken and dumplings with chicken breast, and refrigerator biscuits, the biscuits actually turned out real good but the chicken seemed alittle overcooked. | |
