I was not aware that they made new farms WITHOUT a dumping ditch, never seen one myself. I worked for a guy in the eighties that had his farming figured out and he bought a "new" field almost every year. The properties on the market were seldom "clean" and the clean properties were seldom on the market.
What if you find a dumping ditch on property you just bought?
