If it’s a typical old multi-generational “farm dump” then you just need to wait for scrap prices to go up and clean it out. Your county Health Department or Environmental Office may or may not know it is there. If they do, they might have certain cleanup requirements. This can get into fine territory in some states.
If the previous owner just dumped a bunch of stuff in a new spot, right before the sale, it might be worth a phone call to the seller. Results will vary. | |
