Not a business I want to be in. But if I were, the pumps would be ripped out, new ones in complete with a DEF distribution system. I’d even add a couple auto diesel pumps with a DEF nozzle. 20-30 OTR trucks can easily justify that upgrade plus the added business due to modern pumps with more convenient availability of DEF fluid. The key is convenience. No one wants to deal with DEF jugs.
Then buy a 275 tote and fill at home. It's not that hard to handle def. |
