So you want them to invest in DEF pumps so you have the convenience of not having to mess with your own tote container during the winter.
But come sprung, you'll use your own DEF.
Then when next winter comes around, you want them to supply it again.
And, though you didn't mention it, I'll bet you want them to sell it for the same price (or less) than you can buy it in a tote.
