You got a deal. I can always use 2 cents. Property taxes are just a hair over $51/ac. Basis is fairly good with Cargill blair corn milling. Usually can get to -20 from board, sometimes -10 on corn. Beans have gotten worse the last 2 years anywhere from -60 to -90 depending if the bean crushers need beans. I use to complain when bean basis was -40 cents per bushel. It got worse.
