Well as per nat I guess I am paying to much cash rent need to see if I can get it dropped to 370 from the 400 it is currently. Also what about my mfp payment can I still sign up and what if I am not done harvesting yet?
My old man has ground he would rent to you for $350. I dont know if you could make a profit on that in SD though. Most of the time that number would be gross sales.
I guess I need to talk to landlords
