| We cut trees off of barbed wire and net wire all the time, and they take it just fine......But we use high tensile barbed wire and high tensile fixed knot net wire. Fence wire is not what fence wire used to be, and high tensile does not mean that it has to be 12.5 gauge and come in a hundred pound roll. High tensile simply means that the tensile strength falls into the high tensile category. We use high tensile steel pipe posts, and they certainly are not slick wire. | |
