Most of the USDA is "non-essential" like a whole lot of other government positions.The politicians have admitted they are spending our tax money hiring non-essential folks. Now they are simply proving it to be true.If the farming community could ever get through the sweat of doing without the farm program, it would come out the other side in much better shape.
