if we are talking my location and I had established a no-till system for more than 3-4 years, I'd leave it be and plant as best I could to avoid crossing them. I don't know where you live, but we struggle with enough moisture in bean stubble to grow decent corn so I'd be giving away more bushels by working my dirt in the spring than a spotty stand due to planting through some shallow ruts
