Walnut Grove MN USA
If you have a window for the turbo till you have a window for striptill. I had a turbo max and tried running it straight in the spring. It tended to washboard the field, probably didn’t have something set right but just adding a touch of angle to the blades fixed it. But then I had 2-3 inches of loose dirt on a table top surface. I parked it and notilled the corn and it was a very good decision but it was also a perfect spring to notill. I run a Soil Warrior and will probably swap the 8 wave for 13 wave and shallow up to about 3 inches and run what I didn’t finish last fall. In many ways that is what your turbo till will do just not the entire surface of the field.
