JLR FARM, these guys are dead wrong. I am trying to call the guy that puts on the "nut fry" and see how he does it. I know that he deep fries them and they aren't dry like chips. They are good, they come from calves at branding time. They are small enough that they don't have to slice them.
Anyone have a recipe for Rocky Mountain oysters ?
