From what animal? I saved a bunch of pig nuts for my buddy who wanted to try it. He cut them I think way to thin. When I had enough beers i tried one. Crunched like a potato chip didn't really taste like anything. So I guess all I'm saying just cut pig nuts in half. Bread and deep fry..
