| Heck no I do not!!!!! A different company came to our area 15 yrs ago, wanted my parents to sign badly, they wanted the home farm, and the 2x100ac farms up the road, which I own 1 now, brother owns the other. They REALLY wanted the 200. Anyway, parents said 'no thanks', they were back a few times offering more $$$$ every time, dad finally said "if you're willing to offer that much now why didn't you offer that much to start. And how much higher are you willing to go?"
Then my next door neighbor decided to get into them, but he fell apart too.
All in all, I can't stand them, want nothing to do with them. They ruin neighborhoods, if they're so good they why don't all these companies put them in their own back yards!!!! | |
