I wrap strap off off ratchet with hook on outside.
The whole roll throws well. Hold on hook. That way someone doesn’t get hit in head of a windshield broken. I doesn’t hurt bad to get slapped with strap vs. hook
It is a pet leave when people leave straps in the ratchet.
They are never in correct place to use
I keep a can of lube oil and lube the ratchets frequently!!!
