Floyd County, Iowa | I'm surprised that the RR would allow anyone to drive under their bridge. Talk about liability (which is most of any railroad's concern about crossings of ANY type)!
IMO, the first conversation would be with the RR super, then go from there.
Any railroad that I've ever dealt with (in Co-op capacity) has their rules, and those rules are pretty much non-negotiable. As stated above, a short line would be easier to get along with, but a main line company is pretty hard core. | |
