Concordia Parish La.
I Like the fact that U can set it and forget it, they do a good job on dry beans, the small navy beans no soak, I can put a frozen ham hock, one onion, 1 # of Beans & the right amount of water, set it for 55 min. on high at 7 or 8 in the morning, come back at noon and they are ready to go, the warm cycle, keeps the food very warm, we have done corn on the cob. does a great job. does a good job on boiled eggs, they are very easy to peel, I really like to do Potatoes in the IP, depending on what U plan to do with them, we like to do red potatoes, Just mash them up skin and all, some Butter and maybe a little bacon an U Have a Meal, I does not do any thing that a regular pressure pot cant do, Just the Fact that U can set it and forget it. is the Biggest Plus for my Bride and i, we are seniors, Me 81, and its so easy to forget something on the stove, next thing U know U have a Burnt Mess, don't as how I Know
