| googled a chicken thigh recipe, made the first or second one that came up and it was great. 5-6 thighs season and brown them. Sauce was 1/3 cup honey 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/2 soy sauce. parsley and oregano. added some siracha as well. Cooked for 10 min let pressure off for 5 then thickened the sauce with some corn starch slurry at the end. They were fantastic. The sauce seems to work well on other stuff too | |
