Daughters car purchased Nov 2017. Previous accident reported Jan 2017. On Nov 2018 note added to Carfax indicating structural damage. Vehicle now worth 1/2 blue book.

Suggestions?

Peter, just trying to get this straight. The kids purchased this car in Nov. of '17 but, previous accident was reported on Carfax that the car was in an accident in Jan of '17?
