I was told we would need a Trimble receiver that outputs TSIP. The issue has something to do with how many connectors are available on the NAVII. Jay
Yes that is my understanding also - If I could get TSIP out of the EZ-Guide 500 then I think it could be done.
The 500 is obviously capable of outputting TSIP as it will drive the NAVII directly. Is it just a firmware restriction that will not allow your to output TSIP to a remote port? The new T262 reportedly uses the same GPS engine as the 500. It is obviously capable of outputing TSIP. I don't have a 500 that I can look at the output port protocals.
