central Wisconsin | I have had my own experiment going on with closing wheels for a bunch of years now. have 4 different styles on corn planter and the same 4 styles on bean planter and have noticed no consistent great setup for me. none of them are bad either, one style is just the rubber wheels, one is wheel and spike, one is furrow cruiser, one is yetter paddle wheel. no till and conventional they all seem to shine at times and other times all the same.none seem bad either. good luck | |
