Subject: RE: Tracks on planter tractor.

NW Illinois
We plant with a couple 8335rt's on 24 row 1770 nt's. We carry 1000 gallons on the tractor 450 on the planter and pull 2000 gallon all wheel steer cart. We run 18 inch tracks because we put 120 ft booms on for spraying and sidedress nh3 with a 60 ft bar. We have everything from flat to pretty rolling ground. Mostly conventional tillage but some no till also. We really like this set up especially for our row crop work. It doesn't wreck much crop turning on the ends. Plus it definitely helps eliminate the pinch row issues we see with the mfwd tractor we plant with.
