I bought an older Cat 950 wheel loader from them some three years ago, sight unseen except for their internet video.  They delivered it to my door and has been issue free.  So I guess that would qualify as a "good experience".....   (Buying that way is risky, I know, but like you I often don't have the time to get away.)
