I bought a Cat IT28F from them this spring. Have 300 hours on it and been trouble free. Was as they said it was. Part of the deal was they had to replace center pins and bushings and all the lights had to work and all zerks had to take grease.
They did the pins and all lights worked and every zerk did take grease, wether or not they did something about it or just got lucky idk.
