chortitz, manitoba | Goto the Cat innovation place in downtown Peoria. There are no Cat Plant tours in Peoria anymore. But they have videos of the factories in the Cat Innovation place downtown. It's a pretty new facility. Maybe 4 years old. It's worth it. JD pavilion isn't too exciting but if you're going by it then pull in. The I80 Truck stop and Trucking museum in the same parking lot are pretty decent. Depends what route you take. There's also Antique Archaeology (American Pickers) at Le Claire Iowa. I haven't been there myself yet.
Going through Fargo anyways, don't forget to tour CNH plant.
