Southeast WI | I followed one of those "trains" several weeks ago and it was on a rolling main state highway moving not much more than 15 mph. Had over 20 cars backed up within minutes. Sure would be smart to travel alone - space em out - so traffic could pass safely. No way that could be done with covering such a large distance of road and I could tell people were getting pissed - rightly so. Even where they could have pulled onto the shoulder safely and let the group pass they wouldn't. | |
