sw ontario | Little late & cold but the break from rain and with freezing temps really has helped guys get the corn/beans off since last Thursday ,suppose to stay cold until end of week so won't be much left in fields other than the corn with high VOM that is being destroyed..... On a safety note hauling pigs this morning around 6:30 am & on a bust commuter hwy. met a combine,followed by tractor/grain buggy & then pkp. with bean header all in a row....between school buses & commuters always leaving late for work it didn't seem too wise ,I know its late,guys are frustrated but a bad accident will be worse yet | |
