Subject: RE: First gun machinery and some oldies

Sadly, the .22 I first started hunting with when I was 9 years old got turned into a dummy launcher. It was a very old Remington single shot that had a type of falling block. Don’t know what the model number even was. My dad gave it to a buddy of his that was training his dog to retrieve in water. Older model 94 Winchester’s I suspect will always continue to slowly increase in value. I couldn’t recommend any more highly than a pre Miroku built 94/22 for a youngsters first gun. (although Miroku is turning out good quality, an original Winchester is highly prized). To the Op, nice guns, You have every right to be proud.
