So how does this work? China puts tarrifs on our beans now this article says China is buying beans to fill their reserves? Who pays the tarrifs? China. Who receives the tarrifs? China.
Is that like paying myself for a bill by writing a check to myself?
Just wondering if this tariff even costs China a dime?
