Subject: RE: Tyler Patriot Power Wheel leak

Stayner, Ontario
When we had a WT (good machine 2002 to 2008) we had the dealer do the brakes. Also each spring we would change and replace the hub oil with synthetic gear oil.
We change the hub oil each spring now on our 4420 and 4430 sprayers. Same when we had 2366 , then 2388 would replace oil in gear box just outside the window on the right side of the cab. In those days we were running an air fan off this side of the combine and especially the 2366 the oil would heat up and you could smell burnt oil so would change the oil in season. Changing the oil once a season is a lot cheaper than replacing a hub or gear box.
