Subject: RE: Tyler Patriot Power Wheel leak

Colby, KS

I had one do that on my XL a few years ago.  Was busy with in-season fieldwork so took it to the dealer.  I think it requires a full teardown of the drive hub to do the seal because they had the gear carrier out and said the teeth were pitted.  Went in with a leak and came out with a reman drive hub.  Wasn't cheap.

That hub only holds about a quart of oil, if that.  It might be about out of oil and running near dry.
