Whitehouse | I use the drain regularly here. Never an issue unless you overtighten it when done. Just remember it seals on an o ring inside, not on the flange. Just tighten it until it is snug, any more and you will crack the Flange on the plug, it won’t leak, you will just have a plug with a broken flange. If you need to drain the block you won’t get it all out through the radiator drain.
The block drain is at the bottom center of the oil cooler. It makes a mess due to the frame rail. | |
