Southern Idaho | Exactly. It's really hard for me to restrain myself right now because I am sitting on a lot of cash that I want to invest. Best thing I can do is prepay as many expenses as possible (fertilizer,seed, electricity, water) and push as much income as possible into the next year. There's a great business property for sale nearby that I want. Just afraid that in a short while anything invested in today is going to look like a really bad investment......so I wait for my opportunity. Honestly i am excited for the opportunities that will come with the recession and I am prepared for it. Not sure what opportunities there will be in ag, I am thinking more about real estate and other businesses. | |
