S.C. Wisconsin | Not in the grain business anymore but was in it during the Carter grain embargo. I sold corn for a decent price about a week before Reagan took the embargo off. I got vilified for being so stupid. As soon as the grain embargo was taken off the market tanked and stayed down for years to come. It seems everybody was holding their corn and waiting for the embargo to be taken off. Could this happen with soybeans? | |
