Nebraska | Implements, Vehicles, Operators, Grower, Farms, Fields, Products, Product Mixes, Boundaries etc. CAN be set up in sms software and exported to the Insight via the card.
That being said, all those things CAN be created in the Insight as well. Setting them up in the software then sending to the Insight is typical with many insights on the farm to create consistency between displays.
All your Log files don't need to be sent to the card every night when you shutdown either. The internal memory will hold many many many acres/days of work.
If you aren't sending log files to the card at shutdown then it would be a good idea to create a backup daily to safeguard your data.. These 2 functions ("copy files to card" and "create backup file") are different. Be sure to ask your dealer what/how to do these or consult your manual. You'll be glad you did.
